Ordering & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. The average delivery time is 6 to 12 business days for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) there may be a slight delay.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard delivery is free on many products. Some items may incur shipping costs, which will be visible at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email within 1 to 2 days with a tracking link. If you have not received tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us at contactzalvya@gmail.com
I have only received one item, is this normal?
Yes. For logistical reasons, some items from the same order may be shipped separately. The remaining items will arrive soon.
I wrote the wrong address, what should I do?
Contact us quickly at contactzalvya@gmail.com If the order has not yet been processed, we will correct the address. Once it has been shipped, unfortunately it is too late.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at contactzalvya@gmail.com to start the process.
My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
We apologize! Please send a photo or video of the defect to contactzalvya@gmail.com within 25 days of receipt. We will send you a free replacement.
My order is marked as “delivered,” but I haven’t received anything.
This may happen. Please contact us quickly with your order number. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and offer you a quick solution.
I was charged fees upon delivery, is this normal?
In rare cases, customs or local processing fees may apply. Please send us your receipt and we will refund these additional costs.

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?
Yes, as long as the order has not been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once it has been sent, unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel.
I haven't received my confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk mail. If you still can't find anything, contact us with your name and email address at contactzalvya@gmail.com
