Return period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item. After this period, we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds or make exchanges. -
Return conditions
To be eligible for return, the item must:

Be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging.

Followed by valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Items that cannot be returned
The following products cannot be returned:

Perishable products (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or hygienic products

Hazardous substances or materials

Flammable liquids or gases

Gift card

Downloadable software

Certain health and care products

Partial refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, cassettes, software, video games, or vinyl records

Goods that are damaged, incomplete or missing parts (unless this is due to our error)

Returns received after 30 days from delivery date

Send the item(s) to the return address below, along with proof of purchase.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will inform you by email whether the refund has been approved or declined.

Upon approval, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within the following days.

Promotional and sales items
Only items sold at full price can be refunded. Items on promotion or sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. -
Prey
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To make an exchange:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a "gift" upon shipment, you will receive a gift certificate equal to the value of the item.
If the item was not marked as a "gift", the refund will be issued to the person who paid for the order. -

For shipments over €75, we recommend tracking or insurance; we are not responsible for lost packages.
