  1. Processing orders
    All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
    Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

  2. Delivery times
    Delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment.
    Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

  3. Delivery areas and shipping costs
    We deliver to mainland France.
    Delivery is free for all orders.

  4. Tracking and receiving
    Once the package has been shipped, you can track the delivery via the link in the tracking email.
    Please make sure to provide a complete and available delivery address (name, number, street, zip code, city).

  5. Delays and exceptions
    In the event of delays (strikes, bad weather, high season), delivery times may be slightly extended.
    We ask that you wait up to 3 additional business days before contacting us for follow-up.

  6. Damaged or lost package
    Upon receipt, check the packaging: if it is damaged, you can refuse to receive it or make a note on the carrier's form.
    If the package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
