Processing orders
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). -
Delivery times
Delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. -
Delivery areas and shipping costs
We deliver to mainland France.
Delivery is free for all orders. -
Tracking and receiving
Once the package has been shipped, you can track the delivery via the link in the tracking email.
Please make sure to provide a complete and available delivery address (name, number, street, zip code, city). -
Delays and exceptions
In the event of delays (strikes, bad weather, high season), delivery times may be slightly extended.
We ask that you wait up to 3 additional business days before contacting us for follow-up. -
Damaged or lost package
Upon receipt, check the packaging: if it is damaged, you can refuse to receive it or make a note on the carrier's form.
If the package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. -
